One of the most important questions from prospective owners when negotiating the purchase of a puppy from me.
My husband and I have our own principles and beliefs about breeding Xoloitzcuintli and I think it is normal.
What assurances can you get from me as a breeder?
I will start by introducing you to what I will not do and what I cannot guarantee:
-I WILL NOT SEND a puppy less than 15 weeks old to a new home.
-I WILL NOT let you meet the puppy in person until he is 12 weeks old and in quarantine until he has developed immunity to vaccines.
-I WILL NOT guarantee lifetime show career for our puppy.
-I WILL NOT guarantee a disease that is not diagnosed at the time of donation that is not present in the puppy's parents or at risk of disease due to improper care or diet.
-I CAN NOT guarantee the puppy will behave as perfect as his owners think he will.
-I cannot guarantee the calm behaviour of a puppy until he is 2 years old, this is very much up to the owners.
You can get guarantees from me as a breeder:
-Parents of puppies have a breeding permit from UKU(FCI) experts
-Puppies are registered officially in accordance with all the rules of the breeding position of the UKU (FCI)
-Parents puppies tested for genetic diseases, dogs with deviations in health in breeding are not allowed (All of our pedigree producers are clean)
-Scheduled vaccinations and treatments for puppies according to the calendar of these activities.
-All my puppies are raised with care, cleanliness and lots of love. With early socialization as much as possible.
-I will take back my puppy on the basis of a purchase agreement
-I am always available for owners of my puppies
-Help with arranging puppy transportation in the country or to another country
-If any disabilities are discovered during the puppy's growth I will notify the owners who have reserved the puppy.
All possible risks are always stipulated and described in the contract, which is drawn up and signed by the two parties at the time of puppy's transfer.
