Speaking about the care of xolo I will highlight the most basic point, which most of my owners are interested in - skin care.

As we have all realized they have almost no fur.

Don't panic! This is not a sentence, but an advantage!

For this we should thank their ancestors as well as the excellent immunity. Thousands of years of age does give them advantages. But we should not rely completely on the immune system. In today's conditions and breeding, which have left their mark.

Routine hygienic procedures will not differ much from standard human procedures.

You should regularly apply moisturizing organic creams or oils to your skin to prevent it from drying out. This procedure is advisable after bathing.

What to use?

There are a number of skin cosmetics for naked dogs, but you can use edible oil (just not sunflower oil (the skin is sticky))to exclude poisoning when the dog licks itself. Some owners prefer coconut oil.

This is up to you to decide.

For Xolo with white spots I recommend the use of sunscreen in the summer.

At home you can use, for example, coffee to clean the skin. Does a good job as a scrub. The easiest way to make a scrub is to mix a little coffee with one of the base oils, lotion or body cream.

Rub it on and rinse it off.
